OFFICIAL RULES — AvoFresco Giveaway Sweepstakes

  1. Eligibility The AVOFRESCO Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.

  2. Sponsor & Administrator Sponsor: AVOFRESCO (“Sponsor”)

Administrator: Crafted (“Administrator”)

Administrator oversees promotion execution, receipt submission hosting, validation, and winner selection.

  1. Sweepstakes Period

Begins: May 4 at 12:00 AM ET

Ends: June 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET

All receipt uploads for bonus entries must be submitted no later than May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

  1. How to Enter A. Standard Entry (Free) During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official Sweepstakes entry page and submit your email address and mobile phone number. This provides 1 entry.

B. Bonus Entries With Purchase (Optional) Entrants may earn 10 bonus entries by:

• Purchasing an AvoFresco Squeeze Pouch at Walmart between May 4, 2026 and May 31, 2026, AND

•Uploading the Walmart receipt using the official receipt-upload link sent by Crafted via email/SMS until May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

Receipt must clearly show:

  1. Retailer (Walmart)

  2. Eligible product

  3. Purchase date within the Sweepstakes period

Deadline for receipt submission: May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

Limit one (1) receipt-based bonus submission per person.

  1. Entry Limits Maximum entries per person: •1 standard entry, AND

•1 bonus action (receipt upload)

Total possible entries per person: 11.

Entries carry over and are eligible for all weekly drawings throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

  1. Drawing Schedule There will be four (4) weekly drawings held every Monday during the Sweepstakes Period. The scheduled drawing dates are: • Week 1 Drawing: Monday, May 11, 2026

• Week 2 Drawing: Monday, May 18, 2026

• Week 3 Drawing: Monday, May 25, 2026

• Week 4 Drawing: Monday, June 01, 2026

Each weekly drawing is conducted from all eligible entries received as of 11:59 PM ET the preceding Sunday. Prior winners are not eligible for subsequent weekly drawings.

  1. Prize

Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) prize package consisting of: 52 coupons, each redeemable for one (1) AvoFresco Squeeze Pouch (any flavor; flavor availability may vary by store location)

Coupons will be mailed to the winner's verified mailing address within approximately 2–4 weeks of winner confirmation

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $258.96 (based on Walmart pricing of $4.98 per Squeeze Pouch × 52 coupons)

  1. Winner Selection & Notification A random drawing will be conducted by Crafted (Administrator) each Monday during the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received as of 11:59 PM ET the preceding Sunday.

The potential winner from each weekly drawing will be notified via email and/or SMS. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected. Crafted (Administrator) will use the email and phone number provided upon entry to attempt contact; entrants are responsible for the accuracy of their contact information.

The winner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release where lawful.

  1. Odds of Winning Odds of winning each weekly drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received as of the applicable drawing date.

  2. Publicity Except where prohibited, entrant consents to Sponsor and Administrator using their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  3. General Conditions Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs integrity or proper functioning.

Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for technical delays/failures, late or invalid submissions, or any issues arising from mobile carriers, platforms, or internet service.

  1. Release of Liability By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Administrator, and their affiliates from all claims related to participation, receipt submission, prize acceptance, or use of the prize.

  2. Privacy Policy Information collected is governed by Crafted’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://app.getconvert.ai/privacy-policy Crafted handles entry collection, storage, and receipt processing.

  3. Governing Law Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
