This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Convert.AI website and related services ( collectively, the “Services”). We operate exclusively in the United States and Canada. If you reside outside these locations, please do not use the Services.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described herein.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., health, biometric, or government IDs) and request that you do not submit such data.

- Marketing Analytics: Assess Meta ad performance and manage retargeting audiences (aggregated or pseudonymized).
- Fraud Detection & Security: Detect and prevent fraudulent rebate claims, spam, and abuse.
- Legal Compliance: Satisfy applicable U.S. and Canadian laws, tax, and accounting obligations.
- Marketing Communications (Opt-In Only): If you choose to opt in, we may use your email address and/or mobile phone number to send you promotional offers, updates, and marketing messages via email or SMS. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 8).
We never sell individual customer data. We may create aggregate or de-identified datasets for audience targeting, statistical analysis, or product development.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (U.S. & Canada)
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to honor the rebate campaign contract (e.g., receipt verification, payment).
- Legitimate Interests: Analytics, security, and anti-fraud measures.
- Consent: Deployment of non-essential Meta Pixel cookies; and, where you have explicitly opted in, the sending of commercial email or SMS marketing communications.
- Compliance with Law: Responding to lawful requests, audits, or court orders.

- For SMS, reply “STOP” to any message.
- Withdrawing consent will not affect your eligibility for rebates or other core Services.
Opt out of Meta Pixel at any time by adjusting cookie preferences via our banner or your browser settings.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 years old (or 16 in Canada). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Transfers
All data is processed and stored in the United States or Canada. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, and processed in, these countries, which may have privacy laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
