REBATE OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CRAFTED REBATE PROGRAM — GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS By submitting a receipt or otherwise participating in any rebate offer made available through the Crafted platform (each, an "Offer"), you ("Participant" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Rebate Offer Terms and Conditions (these "Terms"). These Terms apply to all non-sweepstakes rebate promotions administered by Crafted.

1. OFFER AVAILABILITY AND PAYOUT LIMITATIONS

Each Offer is subject to a pre-determined budget allocation and/or a maximum number of eligible redemptions. Crafted reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny submissions and decline payouts upon exhaustion of the allocated slots or upon reaching the maximum number of redemptions for a given Offer. Rebate campaigns may be closed and concluded prior to the advertised end date in the event that all available redemption slots have been fulfilled. Crafted shall have no liability to any Participant in connection with the early closure of an Offer due to budget exhaustion or full redemption.

2. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a rebate payout, Participants must submit a photograph of the original purchase receipt that is: (a) clear and legible; (b) complete and uncropped, displaying the full receipt without any portion obscured or cut off; and (c) an accurate and unaltered representation of the original document. Submissions that are blurry, partially cropped, incomplete, or otherwise fail to meet the foregoing requirements will be denied without further review. Crafted reserves the right to establish additional submission requirements on a per-Offer basis, as set forth in the applicable Offer details.

3. FRAUD PREVENTION AND DUPLICATE REDEMPTION POLICY

Each Offer is limited to a single (1) redemption per Participant. Participants are prohibited from submitting multiple claims for the same Offer. Any submission that constitutes or appears to constitute a duplicate redemption attempt will be denied. Accounts associated with three (3) or more unauthorized redemption attempts—including but not limited to duplicate submissions across one or more Offers—will be flagged for review and may be suspended or permanently disqualified from participation in future Offers, at Crafted's sole discretion. Submissions containing fraudulent, altered, fabricated, or otherwise tampered receipts will be denied immediately upon detection. Crafted reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.

4. PAYMENT INFORMATION AND DISBURSEMENT

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided in connection with a rebate submission is accurate, complete, and verified prior to the time of submission. Supported payment methods include PayPal and Venmo. Participants must ensure that their designated PayPal or Venmo account is active, in good standing, and capable of receiving funds at the time of submission. Crafted reserves the right to withhold or void payment in the event that incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable payment information is provided. Crafted shall not be responsible or liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected transactions arising from incorrect account identifiers, inactive accounts, or account restrictions imposed by third-party payment processors. Participants are advised to verify their payment account details prior to each submission.

5. DENIAL NOTIFICATIONS AND RESUBMISSION PROCESS In the event that a submission is denied, Crafted will notify the affected Participant via email at the address associated with their account, stating the basis for denial. Participants whose submissions were denied due to: (a) submission of an incorrect or non-qualifying photograph; (b) product that does not qualify under the applicable Offer; or (c) purchase from a non-participating retailer, may be eligible to resubmit a corrected claim, provided that the resubmission fully satisfies all applicable submission requirements and is received by Crafted. Crafted reserves the right to request additional documentation or information as may be necessary to verify a Participant's eligibility for resubmission. Resubmission eligibility is not guaranteed and is subject to Crafted's review and approval.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Modification and Cancellation. Crafted reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Offer or these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

Governing Agreement. By submitting a receipt in connection with any Offer, each Participant agrees to comply fully with these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions set forth in the applicable Offer details. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Offer-specific terms, the Offer-specific terms shall govern with respect to that Offer.

No Transfer. Rebate benefits are personal to the qualifying Participant and may not be transferred, assigned, or combined with any other offer or promotion unless expressly permitted by Crafted.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

7. ELIGIBILITY AND GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

Participation in any Offer may be subject to geographic eligibility requirements. Certain Offers are available only to residents of specific U.S. states or regions, as determined by Crafted on a per-Offer basis. While Crafted endeavors to limit the distribution of Offer communications to eligible regions through targeted advertising, Crafted makes no representation that any Offer is available to all individuals who may encounter it. Submissions received from Participants residing in states or regions not designated as eligible for a given Offer will be denied, regardless of the method by which the Participant accessed or became aware of the Offer. Crafted reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify a Participant's residency and to deny any submission that does not satisfy applicable geographic eligibility requirements.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Offer, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and each Participant hereby irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
